ResumeCraft was born out of frustration. Our founders, a mix of veteran software engineers and seasoned technical recruiters, noticed a troubling trend: the best candidates weren't making it to the interview stage.
After analyzing thousands of rejected applications, the pattern became clear. The resumes were poorly formatted for parsing software, used passive language, or failed to explicitly connect past experience to the target job description.
We realized that writing a great resume is a completely different skill from being great at the job itself. We decided to build a platform that handles the former, allowing candidates to focus on the latter. Today, ResumeCraft analyzes job descriptions, enhances bullet points to emphasize impact, and ensures a high compatibility score with standard Applicant Tracking Systems.
